Order Processing

We understand that receiving your fish tank or aquarium promptly is essential to starting your aquatic setup, which is why we prioritize careful, efficient order processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, including a thorough quality inspection. Our team checks each tank for cracks, scratches, or seal defects, ensuring it is in perfect condition before packaging. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Specialized Packaging for Fragile Items

Given the fragile nature of glass and acrylic aquariums, we use industry-leading packaging to protect your order during transit. Each fish tank or aquarium is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and foam, then placed in a reinforced, custom-sized cardboard box with additional padding to absorb impact. Larger aquariums are secured with wooden crates to prevent shifting and damage. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of shipping, ensuring your tank arrives intact and ready for setup.

Shipping Options & Timelines

We offer two flexible shipping options: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for regular orders, and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days for an additional fee) for hobbyists who need their tank urgently. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days, with additional time may be required for large aquariums.

Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as larger aquariums require secure delivery to a physical address. If your tank arrives damaged (e.g., cracked glass, broken seals), please report it within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before order processing or shipping. Our goal is to ensure your aquarium arrives safely and on time.
